The Call To Follow
People make the most important decision in their lives when they choose to believe in Jesus Christ and receive Him as their Saviour. But the call of Jesus extends to following him. Have you ever wondered what it really means to follow Jesus? It’s more than just a phrase—it’s a life-altering call to surrender, purpose, and an abundant life.
Whether you're just beginning to explore faith or have walked with Christ for years, this message will challenge and encourage you to walk more closely with the One who calls us by name. This Sunday, we’re diving into one of the most powerful invitations ever spoken: “Come, follow Me.” Bring a friend. Come expectant. Your journey might just change forever.
Election Day is this coming Monday. We have been praying for this upcoming election as God calls us in His Word to pray for those are in authority (1 Timothy 2:2).
So we also have a responsibility to exercise our civic responsibility and privilege before God. So we encourage you to get out and vote for the candidate that most closely aligns themselves with God’s Word.

Easter Series: ‘Hope In the Cross and Resurrection’
This weekend we will gather to reflect on the two most powerful and profound moments in history. The moment when Jesus, our Savior, hung on cross, enduring the deepest suffering humanity could bear. Yet, in midst of that dark moment, there is a message of hope—a message that resonates across the generations. Join us for our Good Friday Communion Service as we find ‘Hope in the Darkness of The Cross.’
Then, we will come together on Sunday to celebrate the most transformative event in human history—the resurrection of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. The resurrection is the cornerstone of our Christian faith. It is the ultimate victory over sin, death, and the grave. It’s a victory that brings with it hope—hope that sustains us in our darkest moments and assures us of God’s eternal promises. Celebrate with us this Easter Sunday and find ‘Hope in The Victory of the Resurrection’!
Join us for a special Good Friday Prayer Conference Call, 8pm.
Dial 647-977-2648 (Canada) 202-602-1295 (USA) Code: 827-220-552#
Please note on Sunday, additional parking will be available at the baseball diamonds across the street with free shuttle service starting at 8:30 am. We are asking all our staff, volunteer workers and anyone else willing, to park to there to help us free up parking spaces for our honoured guests. Thank you for your willingness to help us in this manner.

Easter Series: 'Hope In the Shadows'
Life can often feel like a series of highs and lows — moments of joy and clarity, but also seasons of confusion, difficulty, and pain. In these darker times, when we feel overshadowed by sorrow, fear, or uncertainty, it can be hard to find our way. Yet, Scripture reminds us that even when we feel like we are ‘living in the shadows’, we are not alone God’s presence, promises, and purposes remain steadfast, even in the midst of our struggles.
As Holy Week begins this weekend, also known as the Passion Week of Christ we will explore what it meant for people to live in the shadows during the final week of Christ’s like on earth. The people of Jerusalem were waiting for a king — but perhaps not the kind of king that was arriving. The hope they placed in Jesus was real, but it was also shaped by their expectations and understanding of what the Messiah would be.
Join us this Palm Sunday, as we will take a deeper look at Jesus’ triumphant entry into Jerusalem. A day filled with joy, anticipation, and yes even hope. ‘The Hope of the Arriving King’ who arrived not only then but still does today.

Made New
Our spiritual journey is always about taking steps of faith. This weekend people will be taking their next step of faith by getting water baptized. This is an opportunity for them to publicly declare their decision to receive Jesus Christ as their personal Saviour and their desire for Him to be Lord of their lives. In this regard they have been ‘made new’. So we invite you to come witness the joy, the hope and the celebration that comes through taking this powerful step of faith. Bring your family and friends and get ready for an unforgettable Water Baptism Celebration! We can’t wait to see you there!
As announced at our Annual Business Meeting we are designating the first Sunday of each month as Building Fund Day starting Sunday, April 6. We are encouraging everyone to give an extra offering that day towards helping us eliminate our current mortgage. Just mark your envelope accordingly. Let’s do our part and trust God to work a miracle in helping us retire our mortgage.
CONTINUE TO PRAY … for our Tanzania missions team, that is currently there from March 27-April 6. Also the many families that are grieving the loss of loved ones.
SPECIAL WEATHER NOTICE … with the forecast of a severe spring storm this weekend, please watch for any notifications of change of plans for events.

Moved With Compassion
From the biblical call to “do good”, ERDO (Emergency Relief and Development Overseas) serves as the humanitarian agency of the PAOC. ERDO now works with children and their families in more than 30 developing countries each year. Their mission is to passionately respond to the practical needs of people living in poverty and crisis around the world. Through three main areas of work - child sponsorship; community development; and crisis response, they have seen how bringing several solutions to a community creates lasting change. When we provide parents with job opportunities, help them send their children to school, bring the family extra food and provide clean water to the community, their lives change! Come and hear about the amazing impact of ERDO this Sunday and learn how you can join in making a difference in people’s lives.
PLEASE PRAY … for Pastor Shamoon’s missions trip to Pakistan and for his journey home next week … and the missions team under Pastor Kim’s leadership, that is leaving next week for Tanzania from March 27-April 6 to minister to the children.

Discover how your actions today can set you up for a legacy of impact and pay eternal dividends. Invite a friend and come ready to take action on the opportunities God is placing before you!

The Crossroads of Goodness and Suffering
In a world full of pain, loss, and hardship, many wonder: How can a good, loving, and all-powerful God allow suffering? If we have experienced more good than evil in our lives, we might justifiably believe that God is good. If the reverse is true, we might come to the opposite conclusion. This Sunday, we will explore the profound question: If circumstances cannot change the character of God, then what does suffering reveal about who He truly is?
Whether you're grappling with personal pain, seeking deeper understanding, or wrestling with theological questions, this message is for you. Together, we’ll explore how to trust in God’s goodness, even when we don’t have all the answers. Invite someone to join you this Sunday as we also celebrate Communion together!

Keep Moving Forward : Taking Ground
Keep Moving Forward : Taking Ground
Our focus for our final week in our 21 Day Fasting and Prayer journey is on ‘Taking Ground’, where we take bold steps forward and experience victory in different areas of our lives.
Even when everything around us seems to come to a standstill, God’s desire is not that we shrink back or remain passive. Rather, His desire is that we continue to advance and more forward, taking new territory and stepping into the plans and purposes that He has for us in this season. God is constantly doing a new thing in our lives, and we need to recognize what He is doing, and submit wholeheartedly to His leading.
This week, allow God to reveal truths to you, change your perspective and position you to step forward! (from ‘Forward’ – 21 Days of Fasting & Prayer – Bible App)

It begins by first getting to know Him, learning to discern His voice, and are rely on Him to lead us. When we do so we become empowered to fulfill our God-given purpose in our lives. The Power of the Onlys
THE POWER OF THE ONLYS
We are living in days when many people are struggling to find their way in life. There is so much confusion about what to believe and what, if anything is really true. At the core of the Christian faith are five powerful truths that have shaped the history of the Church and continue to guide believers today.
